The suite of rooms consist of:

Sitting Room

30" colour TV, Tea and coffee making facilities with a wide range of herbal teas as well as the local Miles Brand. A small chiller fridge is provided together with a complementary bottle of milk, Cornish water and local apple juice to take with you for your trips out while leaving plenty of space for your snacks to keep fresh.

Welcome Tree Bed and Breakfast - Sitting Room

A day bed doubles as a sofa or for that extra person with you and the 2 tub chairs are really comfy to sit in and watch T.V. Superb views over the hills and a magnificent sight of the sunset on sunny evenings.

Paintings and prints by local artists are on the walls and most are also available for sale.

Bathroom

Large double power shower with glass sliding doors, WC and glass wash hand basin, a heated towel rail plus radiator make for warm towels for both people. A good range of complementary local hand made soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are always available. Larger versions are also available for sale as these products seem to be so popular with all my guests.

Large king sized bed with plenty of wardrobe space. Double aspect room which catches both the morning and evening sun. All 3 rooms have continuous oak flooring and tastefully painted stone walls, the bedroom and bathroom have vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden A frames.

Prices for the B&B suite

£70 per night for the suite for 2 people (including breakfast) in high season. If an additional person sleeps in the sitting room using the day bed there is an additional charge of £25 which also includes the 3rd breakfast. There is a reduction for 3 nights or more and for out of season bookings.
